These booking terms and conditions apply to accommodation reservations at Reittiö B&B. A reservation is binding once it has been confirmed to the customer via email.
Cancellation:
- Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation. Cancellations must be sent via email to saimaamotion@gmail.com.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, the full cost of the reservation will be charged, and an invoicing fee of €10 will be added to the invoice.
- For reservations of more than two (2) nights, if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, the price of the first night will be charged. The remaining nights will not be charged.
- In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
Payment:
- For reservations made 30 days or more before the start of the stay, full payment is required before arrival. An invoice with a 7-day payment term will be sent for the accommodation.
- Other payment options include advance bank transfer upon customer request, invoicing (with a €10 invoicing fee), or payment on-site with common debit and credit cards or cash.
- Finnish customers can also pay with MobilePay, and international customers with PayPal, if they contact the property via email (saimaamotion@gmail.com) first.
Stay:
- Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If a later check-in has not been agreed upon in advance, a fee of €5 per person will be charged.
- Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
- The maximum stay for online reservations is seven (7) nights. For longer stays, please contact Reittiö B&B directly.
- The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the room or other accommodation facilities. In the event of damage, the customer will be charged for the resulting repair costs.
- Reittiö B&B is not responsible for the customer’s personal belongings within the accommodation premises.
Breakfast
- The accommodation price includes a self-prepared light porridge breakfast.
- However, Reittiö B&B offers the option of a delicious brunch breakfast, priced at €25 per person, with a minimum order for two (2) people. Brunch breakfast must be booked upon arrival at the latest, but preferably already with the reservation. Brunch breakfast can be booked even if the individuals are not staying under the same reservation.
Data Protection:
- The customer register is kept securely within the company and is not shared with external parties. Separate consent will be requested from the customer for marketing purposes.
Dispute Resolution:
- Consumer protection laws and the laws of Finland will be applied to any disputes.
Pets:
- Pets are allowed in all accommodation types except for the double log cabin.
Allergy-Friendly Room:
- The double log cabin can be booked as an allergy-friendly room. In this case, natural and fragrance-free cleaning products are used. Requests for an allergy-friendly room should be communicated to the property via email after booking.
Children and Extra Beds:
- Not all beds are suitable for small children.
- A baby cot with linen is only available for the queen bed lakeside accommodation or the lace cabin, at a cost of €10.
- Extra beds are available in the lace cabin:
- Extra bed for children aged 2-4: €10
- Extra bed for children aged 5-11: €15
- Extra bed for guests aged 12 and over: €20
- The loft extra bed is suitable for guests over 7 years old or agile young adults.
- Information regarding the preferred type of extra bed (loft bed or separate mattress) should be communicated to the property during or after booking.
Other:
- Reittiö B&B reserves the right to change these booking terms and conditions.
- Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
